from Jurong Point, the plate designs and polish color can be chosen from their stock. They got cheaper set at S$19.90 (1 image plate, 2 polish), or more expensive at S$39.90 as well. Should be quite suitable for beginners...
Review: A bit regret to take M36 as the designs are quite hard to get nicely on the nails, I chose this for the butterflies design only. The polish bottle is super small, guess it will run out very fast... can't try all designs yet as I just did my nails recently. Tested on 2 nails and really like it, will definitely purchase some more plates when budget allowed :)

Little Finger: M31 (Konad white polish)
Middle and Ring Fingers are my free-hand drawing
