Tamarind Crab

Singapore is famous for its chilli crab, while Vietnam has tamarind crab. I can't eat spicy food, so tamarind crab is more suitable for me, but dear doesn't like it :(

Ingredient:
  • Crab (clean and remove redundant part, mixed with salt, pepper)
  • Mixed tamarind sauce + sugar + corn flour
  • Onion, garlic
